Delivery Terms:

The prices include P&P.

We can despatch to UK only.

To ensure safe delivery, the unframed pictures are despatched by Royal Mail "Recorded Delivery" and the framed pictures are despatched by Royal Mail "Special Delivery". Therefore all the pictures will need to be signed for when they arrive.

Our postage and packaging costs are not fully covered in the charges and for that reason there is no discount shown for purchases of multiple items. If we believe we have overcharged on the P&P for an order with multiple items we will refund the amount that was overcharged.

We normally despatch orders within five working days.

If you require your picture by a certain date, please email us at mail@silhouettedesigns.co.uk before purchasing to ask if it can be delivered on time.
